Craigells is a recently refurbished property with a commanding view of the surrounding area. All the accommodation is located on the Ground Floor.

Outside features an enclosed garden with space to parking up to three cars. The garden is the ideal place for children to play safely and for adults to enjoy some relaxation time.

Inside the house has been decorated to a high standard and includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom, lounge (with open fire) and open plan kitchen and dining room.

This house features all the facilities and appliances you would expect at home and a few more! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and will be made up prior to your arrival.

Large lounge with open views and a sliding door that opens onto a patio area. The lounge has an open fire and plenty of seating for up to 8 guests.

There is a modern kitchen with lots of space and all the equipment to enjoy your self catering holiday here in Dumfries and Galloway. Kitchen - with electric double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle.

The Dining Room is adjacent to the Kitchen and has place settings for 8 to eat together which is nice on your trip to Scotland.

There is one bathroom with a shower in the bath, washing sink and toilet.

The property is fully centrally heated and double glazed, with a plentiful supply of hot water.We provide electricty and oil for heating as well as an initial supply of solid fuel and you will find free view TV, DVD and an I-pod docking station.

Bed linen and towels provided. Cot & high chair available on request. Enclosed garden with furniture.
